摘要：In this study, 80 raw milk samples from cows were examined for motile aeromonads. Motile aeromonads were isolated from 23 (28.7%) of milk samples. Out of 23 isolates, 15 (65.3%) were identified as Aeromonas hydrophila 7 (30.4%) as A. sobria and 1 (4.3%) as A. caviae . Voges Proskauer and lysine decarboxylase test which are thought to play important roles in the pathogenicity of motile aeromonads, 18 (82.6%) and 16 (69.5%) strains were found to be positive, respectively.
