  • 摘要:In this study, 22 samples of “Tekel rakı” and 8 samples of “Boğma rakı” (which is manufactured and sold illegally ) were investigated about methanol contents by using spectrophotometric method. Methanol contents of “Tekel rakı” and “Boğma rakı” were found between 78.24-117.37 mg/100 ml and 31.99-307.47 mg/100 ml respectively.
