摘要:In this study, 100 samples of pasteurized milk purchased from different markets in Ankara were analysed for bacteriological quality. It is indicated that, the maximum levels of total microorganism, Enterobacteriaceae, coliform enterococci and coagulase (+) staphylococci were indicated 103-104 cfu/ml from 44%, 102-103 cfu/ml from 44% 2.0x101-102 cfu/ml from 49% and indicated E. coli from 6%, 2.0x101-102 cfu/ml from 43% and >2.0x101 cfu/ml from 44% respectively. Pasteurized milk consumed in Ankara in the summer will be formed a potential risk for public health, because of their microbiological qualities haven’t been fit to Turkish Food Regulation criterions.
