摘要:In this research the total lipid content and fatty acid composition were determined Capoeta capoeta umbla and Capoeta trutta which living in Keban Dam Lake. Total lipid content were ranged between 1.63 to 4.3% in Capoeta capoeta umbla and 1.00 to 1.06 in Capoeta trutta . The most abundant fatty acids were palmitic acid (16:0), oleic acid (18:1), linolenic acid (18:3), eicosapentaenoic acid (20:5), docosahexenoic acid (22:6) and nervonic acid (24:1) in both fish palmitic acid was the dominant saturated fatty acid ranging between 73.73 to 89.01% of total saturated fatty acids and oleic acid (18:1) was found the most abundant monoenoic fatty acid. The level of total w 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) was found higher than total w 6 fatty acids. The major w 3 PUFAs were eicosapentaenoic (5.38-14.65%) and dokosahexaenoic (2.65-6.05%) and the major w 6 PUFAs arachidonic (2.44-3.11%) and linoleic (2.43-4.47%). Total lipid content and fatty acid composition of Capoeta capoeta umbla was richer than Capoeta trutta .
