  • 摘要:In this review, the natural colorant additives used in foods, naturally occurring pigments of foodstuffs, the composition, characteristics and uses of main natural sources (algae, annatto, safflower, cranberry, flowers, gardenia, alkannet, cochineal, capsicum, red beet, monascus, orchil, saffron, sandal wood, grapes, turmeric) for color additive, other potential plant materials, and related legal status were updated.
