摘要：It’s known that there are interactions between food and packaging materials during the storage of foods in different conditions and in different packaging materials and these interactions occur mostly in plastic materials. As a result, usage of plastic packaging materials used in food packaging is certainly inevitable. On the other hand methods to reduce migration of plasticizers into foods are not economic and effective. Thus it appears that use of the common plasticizers in plastic packaging materials may continue in the near future.
