  • 摘要:The impedance method is a rapid automated method for determining bacteriological contamination level. In recent years this method for estimation of microorganisms have been used widely in food microbiology because it requires minimal samples preparation and low running costs, provide continuous automatic monitoring, and produce relatively rapid results. The principle of this method based on monitoring changes in the electrical properties of a medium as a result of microbial growth.
