  • 摘要:Currently, dietary fiber methodology can be categorized as enzymatic-gravimetric and enzymatic-chemical. The latter can be further classified into enzymatic-colorimetric, enzymatic-high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and enzymatic-gas liquid chromatography (GLC) methods. At present, enzymatic-gravimetrik methods are most widely used for the determination of dietary fiber.
