  • 摘要:Clarity is an important quality element for wines and is a characteristic always required for bottled wines. It takes wines a long time to reach clarity naturally. And most of the time, this state of clarity is not permanent or adequate. For this reason, in order for wines to become stable and clear, some operations should be applied. One of these operations is the fining. This study focuses on the mechanism of fining and explains the operation.
