摘要:In many countries, milk and milk products are being used to improve nutritional value and technological properties of many foods. The nutritional value of milk and milk products is high and these product can be well mixed with the other foods. For these reason, addition of dairy products to other foodstuffs has being increased. Milk and milk products are being used in preparation of infant formula too. In a modern diet, milk should be contributes about 25% of the total protein intake.
