  • 摘要:In this study “The survival time of E. coli, K. pneumonia, Y. enterocolitica, S. typhimurium and S. aureus as known pathogen was examined during ice cream storage. At the end of 2 months storage. It is concluded that, K. pneumonia, Y. enterocolitica were found to be more resistance, and therefore gave highly more survival counts, compared the others.
