  • 摘要:Turkey is among the leading countries that produces pistachio nuts. In the work, the following physical and chemical analysis were conducted on four different indigenous variety that are of economic importance to Turkey: Homological properties and moisture, fat, protein, carbohydrate, fiber, vitamin, and mineral contents. Also, the fatty acid and amino acid composition of the samples were determined.
