  • 摘要:At this study, lemons were contaminated with spore suspension of P. italicum contained 103-105 spores/ml. Then lemons were inoculated 0.1 ml of spore suspension and irradiated with 100, 200 and 300 Krad. After irradiation a group of fruits were wrapped with paper contained diphenyl and the rest of them without diphenyl papers. So these samples were stored for 5 months in natural cave at Ortahisar, Nevşehir province. The preservation effect of irradiation has been much more cleared long period stored. But prolonged storage of the lemons resulted that increasing of discoloration at all level of irradiation. Diphenyl papers didn’t effect the rotting but diphenyl paper with irradiation were found to be more effective.
