  • 摘要:There are several potential health and nutritional benefits possible from some species of lactic acid bacteria. In recent years there has been a considerable interest in Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus acidophilus and their significant role in the intestinal tract. This review will discuss the some characteristics of Bifidobacteria and L. acidophilus especially which make them beneficial for health and applications of products.
