  • 摘要:Protein and oil amounts and oil characteristics of melon seed and bitter almond were investigated. On a dry basis, the data obtained for the two seeds were as follows; crude oil 33.23% and 51.04%; crude protein 24.10% and 28.13%. The major fatty acids of the oils were linoleic acid (18:2) at the concentrations of 60.01% and oleic acid (18:1) at the concentrations of 68.58%, respectively.
