  • 摘要:Ten different fruit juice cocktails containing various proportions of water melon, sour cherry and apple juices were prepared and subjected to sensory evaluation to determine the consumer acceptance. The sample containing 50% watermelon, 25% sour cherry and 25% apple juices received the highest acceptance whereas 100% watermelon juice was least preferred. Addition of sour cherry juice to watermelon juice provided better acceptance than apple juice.
