  • 摘要:In this study; some properties of low erusic acid rapeseed and its oil were investigated. For this aim, fourteen different rapeseed varieties were used. According to the results; in rapeseeds; water ratio 4.57-5.64% 1000 seed weight in dry matter 2.51-6.18 g, crude fiber ratio in oil-free matter 11.54-18.17%, protein ratio in dry matter 17.16-25.26% and oil ratio in dry matter 33.45-49.50% were found. The relative density 0.9150-0.9265, refractive index 1.4685-1.4721, free fatty acids 0.22-0.59%, peroxide value 3.11-8.24 MeO2/kg, iodine value 102.0-115.1, saponification value 178-185 and unsaponifiable matter 0.35-0.71% were found in petroleum ether extracted oil.
