  • 摘要:This study has been done for producing pure aflatoxins in the Laboratory with common equipments, which shall be used in research and control. For this purpose. Aspergillus flavus isolate is developed on moisturized and sterilised rice, at 28 oC for 10 days. Substrate is extracted with chloroform and aflatoxins are removed by hexane crystallisation. Aflatoxins are separated in a column which contain silicagel HR. Separation process is monitored by TLC. Factions which contain pure aflatoxin B1 are pooled and concentrated. In this study 3.9 mg chromatographically pure aflatoxin B1 is obtained from 250 g rice. Production procedure is explained in “Method” section.
