摘要:Microbiological aspect indicating hygienic quality of raw milk were examined. The samples were analyzed for total aerobic bacteria coliforms, Escherichia coli , S. aureus , Salmonella-Shigella , fecal streptococci, psychrotrophilic bacteria, yeast and mould counts. Microbiological test revealed the presence of very high counts of total bacteria total coliforms, E. coli , S. aureus , psychrotrophic bacteria, yeast and mould. In two samples of 36 Salmonella was found. An increase in total bacteria, total coliform, E. coli and S. aureus counts of raw milk was detected during summer in comparison to winter.
