  • 摘要:Six different synthetic medium were prepared from whey powder. The amount of lactic acid production by twelve of L. bulgaricus strains in these mediums have been estimated. Amount of lactic acid production in the mediums with additional compounds were higher than the amount calculated in the mediums with out additional any compounds. Also, strains have been varied in their activity.
