摘要:The three kind mixed feeds were sterilized and inoculated with Aspergillus parasiticus . The feeds were inoculated at 85% relative humidity and 25 oC for 1, 3, 5 weeks. Aflatoxins were analysed with thin layer chromatography. For three inoculation periods, the aflatoxin (B1±G1) contents in fattening feeds, dairy cattle feeds and layer feeds were found to be as 9427, 3094, 1286 mg/kg; 11367, 3884, 4639 mg/kg; 3047, 8381, 3134 mg/kg, respectively. These values are higher then those in the literature for unsterilized feeds. This difference might be attributed to the natural microflora which possibly consumed the some nutrient simultaneously in unsterilized feeds also likely metabolized the aflatoxin produced by A. parasiticus . The findings indicated that sterilized mixed feeds inoculated with A. parasiticus and stored at 85% relative humidity, 25 oC, had a high potential of aflatoxin production.
