  • 摘要:The various confounders especially on coliform determinations of yoghurt have been detected by using different selective media. In this study, resolution and elimination of these problems depended on undesirable yeast contamination of yoghurt was investigated. Also some Turkish regulations rules and other microbiological control problems which are concerning on this subject were investigated and have been tried to find some advices.
