摘要:In this study, microbiological quality control of 17 ice-cream samples collected in Elazığ were made according to the random sampling method. For this, purpose numbers of total bacteria, Salmonella , Escherichia coli , Enterobacter , Klebsiella and Staphylococcus were investigated. Countings were carried out by using selective mediums according to Koch Petri dish (dilution) method. This study showed that hygienic quality of the investigated ice-cream samples were inadequate. In addition, numbers of pathogen microorganism such as Salmonella and Staphylococcus were found to be high.
