  • 摘要:In this study an investigation of the preservation of liquorice extract was carried out in different ways. For this purpose the extract samples obtained by using different methods were preheated and bottled. Bottled extract samples were heated at 70, 80, 90, 100 oC for 5, 10 and 15 min. All the samples heated in this way were spoiled in a three week period.
