  • 摘要:In this study, 13 sugar candies of which firms are Well known and 13 other ones of which firms are unknown total 26 sugar candy samples obtained from Busa provincial market and searching both their colouring agents and the amount of microorganism, have been tackled. The findings of the colouring agent used in samples have shown that they are suitable for the limits but, on the other hand it has been found that some sugar candies were not suitable for the approval of the maximum using limits set by Additive Substances Regulations in force in our country. According to the results of they microbiological analysing, provided that the producing conditions, packing conditions, packing and storing are adequate, the potential of microorganism the related to the samples of sugar candies unknown their firms has been proved more than in proportion to the other ones.
