  • 摘要:Inhibitory effects of sorbates depending upon the species and strains of related molds and yeasts. The growth of molds and yeasts and the aflatoxin production of some moulds are inhibited and/or delayed by the sorbates. Some molds and yeasts are able to metabolize sorbic acid or shows resistance to it.
