  • 摘要:The chemical composition of Rapana thomasiana crosse was investigated in this study. It has been determined as 75.92% water, 12.95% protein, 1.65% fat, 1.40% ash in the processed Rapana thomasiana crosse . The contents of Na, K, Zn, Cu, Mn and P were determined as 410, 165, 48, 26, 3, 0.65 mg/kg respectively. The distribution of fatty acids was also found as 10.02% palmitic acid, 47.31% linoleic acid, 17.80% linolenic acid, 23.75% arachidonic acid, 1.14 others.
