  • 摘要:In the first part of the review series on Turkish spices and flavourings, the description, production and use of spice and flavouring products were briefly introduced. Main spices noncultivated in Turkey and the flavouring trade of the country were tabulated. Sources, problems and solutions in related areas were also discussed.
