摘要:In this research mainly wheat varieties grown in Turkey in various regions and their flours and brans were analyzed for their mineral contents. Twenty one wheat varieties were used in the research. It was determined that mineral contents were depended upon wheat varieties. On the other hand, uncertainly, it was observed that mineral contents were related to ash and protein contents. With the rise in protein and ash contents mineral contents increased. Much additional research would be required to evaluate those effects and interrelationships between.
