摘要：Six packets dried fig were bought in İzmir market and researched some special properties according to Turkey Standard 541. Dry material were found %70-75, acids (citric) %0.22-0.33 invert sugar %55.2-87.6, saccharose %4.1-17.9 and Total sugar %69.5-91.3. The insects number are normal according to Turkey Standard 542.
