摘要:In this research Yafa, Valencia oranges and Cyprus lemon and Marsh Seedless grapefruit taken from Cyprus, peel volatile oils physical and chemical properties with components type and ratios were determined. Eighteen component were determined in peel oil oranges and lemon peel oil by gas chromatographic analyses. 14 peel oil components were identified. In grapefruit peel oil 19 components were determined qualitatively, 13 component were determined qualitatively and quantitatively.
