摘要：This essay examines the intersection of Jewish ethics and legal ethics, comparing the rules of behavior given to a society by its leader (the governing authority) with the multisourced, consensus-reaching way legal rules of ethics are developed in the United States and exploring the issues, affiliations, conflicts, and reconciliation.
