摘要：Video contents retrieval and semantics research attract very important number of researchers in video processing and analysis domain. The researchers tries to propose structure or frameworks to extract the content of the video that's integrate many algorithms using low and high level features. The framework will be efficient if it is very simple and integrate the generic behavior. In this paper we present a framework for automatic soccer video summaries and highlights extraction using audio/video features and an enhanced generic algorithm for dominant color extraction.
