摘要：This article aims to explain the importance of ethics as an intelligence that allows educational institutions to enhance the quality of service. In this sense, educational organizations must enable the reunion of the sense that life requires, to facilitate the meeting of humanists and sustainable alternative to the complicated situations, multi-causal, and multiple interrelated dimensions that surround today's society. From a research methodological approaches under investigation descriptive and explanatory document review techniques. It was concluded that in postmodernity, under complex scenarios ethical intelligence serves as an elementary factor when setting the guidelines and policies governing service quality in educational institutions of higher education, as guarantor in turn a culture organizational principles which focus on efficiency, effectiveness, respect, solidarity, among others.
