  • 摘要:Periodic evaluation reports drawn up in recent years due to the significant effects of the economic – financial crisis on the welfare of the world's population highlights a number of shortcomings and difficulties in ensuring the efficiency of public administration. Therefore, to improve the results obtained by them it is required the establishment of sustainable partnerships with civil society, on the one hand, to identify and solve the community problems, and on the other hand, that the administrative apparatus to gain the trust of citizens, reaching its objective of notoriety. In consequence, this paper aims to clarify the role and the importance of partnerships between government and non-governmental organizations, the working methodology consisting in the study of secondary data relevant at both nationally and internationally level. The analysis of the results of this study reflects the need for immediate changes in the management of the public administration in the context in which, in the present, most of partnerships are due to civil initiatives
