摘要：Personal computer via cloud computing technologies it becomes just a tool to access the information losing the processing role. This can be considered an advantage, although in some ways can be seen as a vulnerability, but costs and processing efficiency, data security and availability of informations may be the advantages in implementing these technologies in educational institutions
