摘要：In recent years there has been an exponential growth of e - Governance in India. It is growing to such a scale that requires full attention of the Government to ensure collaboration among different government departments, private sector s and Non - Go vernmental Organisations(NGOs) . In order to achieve successful e - Governance, Government has to facilitate delivery of services to citizens, b usiness houses and other public or private organisations according to their requirements. In this paper, we have pr oposed integration of different government departments using a Service Oriented e - Governance(SOeGov) approach with web service s technology and Service Oriented Architecture(SOA). The proposed approach can be effectively used for achieving integration and interoperability in an e - Governance system . We have demonstrate d the working of our approach through a case study where integration of several departments of the provincial Government of Odisha (India) has been made possible.
