摘要：Nous décrivons au cours de ce travail plusieurs exemples d e synthèse d'esters α-aminophosphonates. Nous nous sommes, tout d'abord , intéressés à l'aspect synthétique de ces composés en utilisant les réactions de Kabachnik-Fiels et de Pudovik, catalysées par Bi(OTf) 3 comme acide de Lewis avant de discuter un mécanisme de condensation d' une imine avec un dialkyle phosphite.
其他摘要：We describe during this work several examples of esters α-aminophosphonates. We were interested, first of all, in the synthetic aspect of these compounds by using the reactions of Kabachnik-Fiels and Pudovik, catalysed by Bi(OTf) 3 as Lewis acid before discussing a mechanism of condensation of an imine with a dialkyle phosphite.
