摘要:The aim of this work was to stud y the degradation of the zenative yello w BF3R dye in aqueous solution using Fenton process. The degradation rate was strongly dependent on the reaction time and the initial concentrations of Fe 2+ , H 2 O 2 , and the dye. The effects of these parameters have been studied and optimum operational conditions of these processes were found. Maximum decolorization (90%) efficiencies were achieved for 0,1 mM of H 2 O 2 , 0,01 mM of Fe 2+ and 10 mg/l of dye concentration after 3h of reaction time. The experimental results showed that the Fenton's reagent was effective for the degradation of zenative yellow BF3R dye with a lo w concentration of H 2 O 2 and Fe 2+ .
