摘要：The present paper aims to review the rights of citizenship in the Iranian Constitution. Research methods was Descriptive and analytical. Iran's Constitution research community and its subject territory the provisions of citizenship rights. Investigation showed that technically the term citizenship in the Constitution is not applied. But the principles of the third, sixth, twenty - sixth, twenty - seventh, and fifty - nine related to political citizen ship. The twelfth to nineteenth principles of civil citizen (citizenship that freedom of expression, belief and religion), The third principle, twenty - first and twenty - eighth to thirty - first, and forty - three of the Constitution relating to the social citiz enship.
