摘要：The paper presents a psychological assessment of professional reliability of public service personnel. Professional reliability of employees engaged in mentoring and promotion to senior positions, as well as of leaders is presented. Professional experience, motivation and individual psychological characteristics of employees, contributing to enhancing the effectiveness of professional activity are analyzed. The author defines the essence of “building-up” professional personnel reliability. It is stated that it consists in acquiring professional experience, enhanced by motivation for responsibility, success, and a high degree of reference.
