摘要:This research intends to evaluate the quality of working life of both the onshore and offshore the workers of the oil industry. The network sampling (a.k.a. snowball) technique was Cisco 642-874 used for data collection through questionnaires, reaching 203 respondents, which are considered representative through the significance analysis and sufficiently reliable through the reliability analysis. The model used is the one compiled and validated by Freitas and Souza (2009), which comprises 46 questions. Finally, the data were sorted as for the offshore louis vuitton handbags and onshore employees� strata, also a hypotheses test was performed on each item of the questionnaire. There is a statistically significant difference in the items which address the relationship between employees of different hierarchy levels, independence degree in performing tasks, performance of the balenciaga organization, privacy preservation, time spent with family, items related to labor safety and performance of overtime hours and working at home. This research exposes, in a more detailed way, a known reality thus allowing companies to engage in favor of improvements of working conditions for prada both the onshore and offshore workers.
