摘要：The aim of this study was to analyze the perception of quality of life at work of the mental health workers of a public psychiatric hospital in Brazil. This quantitative study analyses the perception of quality of life at work according to the 8 factors of Walton model. The average score for quality of life was 3.01 (SD 0.49). The physicians in general, are not dissatisfied neither satisfied with the quality of life at work (average 3, SD 0.59) presenting a tendency to dissatisfaction. Support assistants have a higher quality of life at work than the nursing professionals (p=0.001). Presents tendency to satisfaction and the first factor is of dissatisfaction for nursing professionals. The hospital should invest more in the physicians and nursing professionals to improve their quality of work life that will positively impact the execution of the work. Full Text
