摘要：The purpose of improvement of competitiveness management system at metallurgical enterprises under the impact of exchange rates and their formation factors is the raise of enterprises' competitiveness level through the development of well-functioning competitiveness management mechanism which is offered in the paper. This mechanism ensures the validity and adequacy of the competitive strategies of development in unstable currency environment. Taking it into account, the model of assessing the effectiveness of enterprises' development competitive strategies under the impact of exchange rates and their formation factors is proposed. This model's implementation is based on the complex dynamic analysis of the enterprises competitiveness and exchange rates impact, on the study of exchange rates dynamics and their formation factors as well as on management of the enterprises competitiveness. The model of formation and choice of tactics and strategies of metallurgical enterprises competitiveness management is presented as a cube of situations which is determined by 27 rules of recognition. Three classes of situations such as favourable, neutral and unfavourable are formed. The triple dynamic simulation model which is based on a situation matrix of formation and selection of competitiveness management strategies is built with a view to evaluate the effectiveness of managerial decisions. From these experimental results it can be concluded that first of all we should consider the impact of the exchange rate and its formation factors an managerial decisions-making to increase the enterprises' competitiveness level. The implementation of the proposed decisions aimed at minimizing the exchange rate's adverse effects on the metallurgical enterprises' compe- titiveness will make it possible to enhance their competitiveness in non- stationary currency environment under increasing competition in the foreign market.
