摘要：The main components of social infrastructure in terms of rational location of objects providing its functioning are described. The socioeconomic significance and the importance of appropriate decision-making tasks is grounded. Successful solution to the problem under unclear multicriterial conditions is found to require appropriate methodo-logical, algorithmic and information support. Analysis is conducted as regards appro-aches to decision-making on the location of social facilities in Ukraine which are often intuitive and based solely on qualifications of persons who make decisions. As a result ofanalysis of corresponding software tools and techniques for support of decision-making on the location of infrastructure, such tools as Expert Choice, Admiral, and GIS product of Google Map were chosen. A solution to the problem of the location of social infrastruc-ture objects was given with a childcare object as an example. An approach of general nature is proposed which can be used for finding locations for commercial, industrial, so-cial and other objects.
