摘要：Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) (Darier-Ferrand) is a rare disease, mostly affecting men, that is characterized by slow local evolution, intermediate malignancy and exceptionally rare metastases. The case of a 37 years old female patient with DFSP with peculiar clinical aspect (firm, hard, infiltrated plaque with nodules on the surface) and unwonted located at the superior-extern region of the right breast, but with typical histology and histochemistry is presented and discussed.
