摘要：We present some hypothesis regarding the pathogenesis of mammary Paget disease, starting from the realities encountered in one of our patients. The case aspects are discussed, with data of a 1 year follow-up. Some up-to-date information from literature is presented and personal hypothesis regarding the relationship between breast Paget disease and the underlying breast adenocarcinoma.
