摘要：Symptomatic hypocalcaemia has rarely been reported in bone metastatic prostate cancer patients. The use of bisphosphonates as part of palliative treatment in patients with concurrent medical conditions is among the most common causes of hypocalcaemia. We present the case of a patient with bone metastatic prostate cancer who experienced severe hypocalcaemia while being treated with zoledronic acid.
