摘要：Blowout fractures are the most interesting orbital wall fractures. Although pure blowout fractures are most common seen at medial and inferior orbital wall, pure orbital roof blowout fractures are quite rare. A pure blowout orbital roof fracture is presented in this case report. Then we discussed the mechanism of superior orbital wall blowout fractures, the methods of radiologic evaluation and treatment options.
