摘要：Kawasaki disease is an acute vasculitis of unknown etiology which has a tendency for involvement of coronary arteries in the form of aneurysm formation and/or stenosis. It is an important cause of ischemic heart disease in children. It predominantly affects infants and young adults. In cases of coronary involvement, the ideal therapeutic option is surgical revascularization. The patency rates are better with use of internal thoracic artery grafts. Here, we report a twelve-year old patient with coronary aneurysm and stenosis formation due to Kawasaki disease treated successfully with surgical revascularization during which bilateral thoracic artery grafts were used.
